Chocolate Rules



I've had chocolate on my mind lately. Yes, that's pretty common for me, but I've made a few discoveries of late that validate my obsession with the stuff.

Beyond releasing endorphins, lowering blood pressure, and providing antioxidants, it turns out you can make facials out of it. And I discovered additional health benefits that elevate this precious substance to a place of dignity far above that of a mere dessert. We're talking memory improvement; better attention span; and it's a sweet provider of magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin A, B12, and so much more! It's like a multivitamin that tastes good.

Me? Carried away? Don't know, to choco-happy to tell.
