Should I subject the World to My French?

I'm tinkering with the idea of starting a blog in French. The idea is scary, but that's exactly why I think it may be a good one. Just writing bits here in there in my journal is getting old.

It'd be nice to actually have virtual conversations. Of course, that's assuming I get traffic and the French don't as a society decide to berate me for abusing their lovely language.

We'll see. For now I'll start a stealth blog and leave the posts as drafts. What should I call it?

    As a French person, I'm delighted when somebody speaks my language - so what if your French isn't perfect? Languages are always evolving, so nobody can boast perfect command of them (although one can try). Some French-speaking bloggers like to call their blogs "carnet", so maybe you can go for a variation of that.

    I did it! I published a blog in French. Whether it's a great idea or an impending disaster remains to be seen. LOL
