Writing Contests Update:
The NONEXISTENT Rockway Press Short Story Contest
Rockway Pres never actually posted the winners of the 2007 contest. Their site has entirely disappeared, and they're on the Preditors and Editors list (a recent discovery for me).
So, Dark Side of the Moon is on sale as a downloadable eBook at my website at Delighted Scribbler.
Script Frenzy
My 2008 script is finished. Now for the editing... OK, personal editing done. Now for professional eyeballs. Oh, And I have the agent query letter ready.
Still working on getting this one picked up, but it's out there. Fingers crossed.
NaNoWriMo
2008: This year I Finished!!! That's right, +50,000 words in one month flat.
Update: Looking for an agent for my 2008 script.
Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators
SCBWI has several contests a year for which they award a one year membership to the organization. A very good friend of mine entered and won. Congratulations Noreen!
